Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Each puppet in our web store is unique. You will be informed immediately by email or fax if the puppet you have chosen has already been purchased. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). There is a 5 percent surcharge on "rush" orders.
